• Service Provider Obligations: Service providers must deliver services as agreed upon, in accordance with recognized professional standards, adhere to safety standards, obtain the necessary licenses, and comply with the applicable laws, regulations, and legislation in the United Arab Emirates
3. Limited Liability
ProFinder shall not be liable for any disputes or damages that may arise from transactions between users and service providers. All transactions, services and financial transfers that take place within the platform are the full responsibility of users and service providers, and ProFinder shall not be liable for any transfers or funds transferred through the platform.
• Platform Usage Rules: Users must not engage in fraudulent activities or misuse the platform.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Overview: This policy clarifies the process for refunds and cancellations for both users and service providers, in line with the directives of the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA).
• Cancellation Process: Users may unsubscribe at any time.
5. Refund Eligibility
Subscription fees are eligible for a refund if a cancellation request is made within 48 hours of payment.
6. Dispute Resolution
“Profinder” will not interfere in any problems or claims or disputes that may occur between users and service providers within the platform. All parties bear the responsibility of resolving disputes directly between them without interference from “Profinder”.
7. Cookie Policy
Overview: This policy describes the use of cookies and tracking technologies on the ProFinder website and app, in accordance with the guidelines of the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA).

Overview: This policy outlines the measures in place to protect user and service provider data, in accordance with the requirements of the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA).
• Data Protection Measures: ProFinder implements standard security practices, including encryption, firewalls, and secure access controls.
• Incident Response: In the event of a data breach, Profinder will take steps to minimize the damage as much as possible and notify affected users in accordance with legal requirements..
• User Education: Users are educated on best practices for protecting their data while using the platform.
This policy document has been provided by ASR Training thoroughly reviewed and approved by the client (Profinder Representative Dr. Fateheya). , ensuring full compliance with the requirements set forth by the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA). The client has confirmed their agreement to the terms and conditions outlined, and acknowledges the measures implemented for data protection, user rights, and platform usage.
