I have over 25 years of experience. I teach very effective fighting and self defence techniques that are easy to learn and applied in real life situations. This will protect you from any situation you might face. I teach kids, teenagers and adults all genders. I work with kids and teenagers to boost their confidence, eliminate any fears and to handle any bullying in school or university. I also train women and men all ages on how to protect themselves from bad situations.
